Due to the nature of our research chemical products, all sales are final once the order has been processed and shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review each case individually and work to make it right.

We currently ship within Canada. All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center. Shipping times vary by province and are estimated at 3–7 business days for standard shipping. Expedited options may be available at checkout. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Every batch of peptides we carry is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) from a third-party laboratory, confirming peptide identity, purity (typically ≥98%), and sequence accuracy. CoAs are available on each product page. We source exclusively from ISO-certified manufacturers who adhere to stringent quality control standards.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
