2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. By completing a transaction, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Product Use Disclaimer

All products sold on this Website are research-grade peptides intended for in-vitro laboratory use only. These products are:

  • NOT intended for human consumption, ingestion, or injection
  • NOT intended for animal consumption or use on living organisms
  • NOT approved by Health Canada or other regulatory bodies for human use
  • Intended solely for licensed laboratory and research purposes

The buyer assumes all responsibility for the legal and proper use of purchased products in accordance with applicable local, provincial, and federal laws.

4. Ordering & Payment

All orders placed through this Website constitute an offer to purchase subject to our acceptance. Payment is processed via Bankful and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Payment is required before an order is fulfilled and shipped.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to addresses within Canada only
  • Standard shipping: $15 flat rate CAD
  • Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final once your order has been processed and shipped. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under normal circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, you must contact us at info@peptideking.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. We will investigate and may offer replacement or store credit at our discretion. Failure to report within 48 hours forfeits all claims.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Peptide King or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptide King and its owners, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Website or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
